Please have your Customer ID and service address ready. We thank you for affording us the opportunity to be of service.
Note: Canceling service prior to the end of a contract may result in early termination fees or removal charges depending on type of service you have.
On cancellation, you agree to allow us access to the property for the purpose of collecting and removing our equipment.
You can end your services at any time through our website or via contacting us by email. We will keep emptying your bin(s) until your prepaid period expires (maximum 4 weeks). If you cancel our services during the first 24 weeks, we will charge at minimum an early cancellation fee of $50.00 or demand liquidated damages equal to six months rental.
We do not provide refunds for annual, bi-annual or quarterly prepaid service plans that are ended early.
Change Fees – In order to ensure that rental equipment are available at time requested, Impac Waste has introduced Change Order Fees that are intended to reduce last-minute disruptions to our routing/dispatching schedule.
Early Return Fee: Impac will refund the remaining daily rental charge associated with your rental, if rental collection is requested more than 24 hours before the collection time indicated on your rental agreement.
Late Return Fee: Impac Waste reserve the right to charge additional rental days for a late rental collections request. We also retain the right to charge $50.00 per day (maximum of 5 days) to compensate us in part for the costs we incur in finding an alternative rental equipment to satisfy our next booking. You can reduce the fee charged by calling our customer service at 242-361-6722 to update the date and time of your rental collection.
If we are not able to deliver your rented equipment or collect your waste in accordance with our service agreement policy, we will refund you the charge for your missed service. To claim your money back, please let us know within five (5) working days of your missed service, by contacting us through our website our speaking directly with a customer service representative.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:
- Requests for refund or cancellation WILL only be granted if:
- The request is made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled collection day. For example: If the scheduled pick-up day is Saturday at 1:00pm, a refund or cancellation request must be made before 1:00pm on Friday (the day before).
- b) Requests for refund or cancellation WILL NOT be granted if any of the following conditions apply:
- The request for refund or cancellation is not made within the aforementioned time frame – as noted in 1(a) above.
You agree that Impac Waste, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of the website at any time and for any or no reason, even if access and use continue to be allowed to others. Upon such suspension or termination, you must immediately: (i) discontinue use of the website; and (ii) destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the content of the website. Accessing the website after such termination, suspension or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass. Further, you agree that Impac Waste shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the website.
Further, Impac Waste shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed via this website. Impac Waste shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Impac Waste shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
These funds will not be available for your use until the end of the rental after charges apply.
Any funds that are held for a debit card rental transaction that are due back will be returned once your rental is complete. Please refer any questions you have regarding the availability of those funds to your banking institution
