Extra Pick Up service is a one-time charge applied to an account when a customer requests an additional service on a container.

Extra Pickup Service provides you with an on-demand solution when you need services beyond your regularly scheduled service day.

Items such as furniture and appliance are accepted provide arrangement for such items are made in advance. Consider donating your used furniture and working appliances to a needing family or charity before sending it to the landfill.

Impac Waste offers solutions for long and short-term projects and events that generate waste or recycling materials. Yes! As a licensed Bahamian waste hauler and a member of Solid waste association of America, Impac Waste Management can collect, transport and dispose of non-hazardous special waste including: contaminated soil, sludge, biosolids, off-specification products, asbestos and more. Impac can assist with obtaining of environmental certificates of destruction and disposals from the Environment regulatory agency.

Yes. We encourage customers to pay their bills online because it is better for our environment by reducing paper waste. Please click here and follow the steps to set up an online bill pay account. You will need your account number and service address.

We limit your liability by employing qualified professionals and complying with all local regulations and utilizing international standards. So you can be sure that your waste will be collected, processed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

We will work with commercial customers to develop a construction and demolition recycling solution to include common materials such as: steel, concrete, wood, tile, drywall, glass, carpet and more.

Polystyrene foam plastic is not recyclable and we are not able to accept it for recycling at this time. Before discarding polystyrene foam plastic , consider cleaning and re-using them.

Impac Waste has partnered with local oil/filter recycling companies for proper disposal of these products.We serve as a drop-off depot.

Impac waste has partnered with the New Providence Ecology Park to developed its recycling programs.
The list of accepted recyclable items varies.
The following items are not recyclable:
• Ceramics
• Pyrex or other glass cookware
• Drinking glasses
• Disposable diapers
• Medical waste (including needles)

The following items should not be placed in your recycling container but may have other ways for recycling:
• Clothing and shoes can be recycled by taking the items to Goodwill, a thrift store or other nonprofit location. Eg. (Salvation Army)
• Plastic bags are recyclable but are best handled by returning them to grocery stores or other retailers that have special recycling programs.
• Bricks, concrete and wood are recyclable but may need to be handled separately.
• Yard waste may be recyclable but needs to be handled separately.
• Food waste and items contaminated with or containing food should not be placed with other recyclables.
Tips for recycling:
• Please clean and rinse cans, bottles and jars.
• Large pieces of cardboard and cardboard boxes should be broken down and cut into smaller pieces (preferably 3 feet x 3 feet).
• Cartons made from aseptic packaging such are recyclable.

To suspend or resume service, please Connect with Us. You may request to suspend your service for a certain period of time. Common reasons for suspended service include slow business or relocating.

When you are ready to resume your service, we ask that you contact us by email or phone.

Note: All service holds must be requested at least 48 hours (2) business days in advance. Customers cannot schedule a service vacation hold after the date has occurred. Restrictions apply.

Our minimum rental billed period is 24 hours!
