From our inception in January 2004, Impac waste has been pushing the envelope when it comes to modernize waste management services within The Bahamas. Through the introduction of best practices as stipulated by international safety organizations and self governance of our own environmental laws. The business was built on a unique vision and has adopted certain core values, which seek to foster employee safety and personal development, with a desire for our customer satisfaction.

Impac is currently engaged in performing waste management services throughout the Commonwealth of the Bahamas with its head office based on the Island of New Providence. Impac Waste is governed by a professional board of directors, chaired by our President Mr. Wellington Rolle, Co-chaired by Mrs. Carla Rolle and. Mr. Franklyn Munroe serves as General Manager and has responsibility for the overall management of the company. He is assisted by an experienced team of managers and supervisors with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Wellington Rolle: Is President and Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of Impac Waste Management. He also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Over the life of the company, he has served in many positions from Frontline to accounts management. Today, his primary role is the strategic planning of the company’s future direction.

Carla Rolle serves as vice president of Impac Waste Management. Assist the President in formulating strategic direction of the business. She is also a member of the board of directors.Primary roles of business development and relationship management.

Franlyn Munroe serves as General Manager of Impac Waste Management. Oversees the day to day operations and works along with the president in formulation and execution of the company’s goals, strategies and objectives. His primary role involves the planning and analysis of financial directions of the company.

Nathlyn Moss is the bridge that joins front office and back office roles. Interaction with customers to handle complaints, process orders and provide information about the company’s products and services. With primary responsibility for oversight of collection, disposal. Ensuring that customer needs are meet in a timely fashion.
